Arike Ogunbowale

Arike ogunbowale (born 2nd April 1985) is an American professional player of the basket ball. She is a player for the Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. She was a college basketball player with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, after which she was drafted by the Wings as the 5th overall selection in the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale's parents Yolanda Ogunbowale & Gregory Ogunbowale were born March 2nd 1997 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Mario Ogunbowale (26) and Dare Ogunbowale(20) are two of her siblings. Her parents spoiled her the most since she was the youngest. Gregory his father served with the Nigerian Army. Ogunbowale is a highly energetic family. Her brother Dare was a football player and Yolanda Ogunbowale, her mother was a softball player. The cousin Endia Olive plays volleyball on the field at Tennessee State. Ogunbowale was named to the honor roll of her school for three years in a row. Ogunbowale has also received numerous prizes and gained fame as well as recognition during her time at high school. Arike graduated from high school education at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School situated in her hometown. While studying at the school, she also played three years of varsity football. Ogunbowale's exceptional abilities led to her school capturing stunning victories repeatedly. She compiled her high school record by registering 73 career games and lists her career's totals as 1,477 points and 739 rebounds. Ogunbowale won the gold medal at the 2013 World U16 Championships of FIBA Americas in addition to the 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships. In July 2014, she was selected as a player on the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also named as a member of the ACC All-Freshman Team following her debut year as a collegiate player. The coach even thanked the Kobe Bryant after she hit several big shots at the NCCA Tournament. Ogunbowale may be new to basketball but she has rapidly established herself. Arike's net worth, as per a reliable source, is estimated at $5 million. Ogunbowale has excelled in many different activities which includes basketball. Her other passions include soccer. She has won State Cup championships for Lake County United Soccer Club and FC Milwaukee Soccer Club. The pianist also played for seven years.
